Have you stopped getting subscriptions?

Hi everyone,

I have noticed a few people ( @Shaz51 and @Mazarita come to mind) whose subscription emails have stopped or changed randomly.

If this is the case for you, can you post below and let us know what you use to receive, what you don't now and what you're still receiving

Have the notifications come back yet?

@Former-Member has confirmed that she found hers in 'clutter' which is a folder in outlook that is designed to automatically take 'unimportant' emails and file them in 'clutter'.

This makes me wonder if your notifications have started to turn up in your junk mail.

Can you please confirm that you guys have checked your spam or junk mail folders?

@NikNik, I'm still not getting mine. Same issue as described in early 'dot point' post. Nothing has changed. As I said earlier though, I can live with it. It reduces the number of notifications I receive, which for me is a good thing.

I just had a quick scan of your posts - can you confirm you've checked you spam folder?

I know that this new arrangement suits you better, with less emails, but it would be awesome if you could check spam.

Hi @NikNik,

I think I've found the source of the issue at my end. Looks like it could be that some setting boxes were switched to off in my 'notifications settings'. I think I may have done this before I went away down south and then forgotten about it. Feeling red-faced and really apologetic about this.
