feeling so uncertain about this but the specialist said we will still be there for my mum if she needs surgery again in the futher xxx

I would not wish a bowel obstruction on anyone @Shaz51

It seems better if preventative steps (treatments) could be taken.

The pain was unbearable (in my case), it crippled me - & it required immediate emergency surgery.

I hope your Mum does not have to face that situation again.

That's a tough one for you @Shaz51 - I can hear - but we all know your Mum is tired and really - had enough

I talked about this - she needs to be able to make the choice for herself and it will be easier for her if she does - it's hard for those in the audience - esp family -

It's part of letting go - been there - hard yards

I purred chicken and spagheti for mum and mr shaz is laughing so much about it ---- it is NOT funny anymore

I wish more people would understand that, & not do it (not say it).

Your Mum will appreciate her meal.

I always think that what someone else cooks for me is wonderful - regardless of what it is.

Just because they cooked it.

Even if it accidentally has meat in it - when I'm Vegetarian.
