Has been a hard day and totally worried about my mum losing soo much xoxo

Mr shaz has been a lot better today @Dimity

We worked this for for 4 hours

Then he slept for 4 hours this afternoon

I cooked chicken pieces and roast veges for dinner

That sounds good @Shaz51, I'm glad Mr shaz had a better day. And a roast chicken dinner is a treat.

I just noticed the scent of lavender here - a coincidence after mentioning it to you - I'd bumped a old lavender bag my late mother gave me. It hangs on a doorknob behind the kitchen door.

that is really rough @Shaz51 im so sorry for you two losses, thinking of you my friend.

I also thought that it may be beneficial to provide a referral pathway to the GRIEFLINE service that specialises in supporting people experiencing grief or loss. They can be contacted on 1300 845 745 and are available from 6am - 12am. Here is the link to their website: https://griefline.org.au/

In addition to this, our support centre are available for 1:1 counselling should you need extra support processing the grief.
