My head is Sooo hurting with the continuing mind changes from my Mr shaz

I am finding it soo hard to know what to do !!!!!!!! 😫😱😭

Are you talking about Mr Shaz's mind changes (as in changing his mind over decisions etc) or mood changes?

Yes mind changes @Emelia8 , changing his mind over decisions always everyday , about rebuilding since we have said no rebuilding

Workload after we cut our business in half

Wanting to Sooo much and then nothing

I have had aches on my left side of my face for a week

Just soo tired @Jynx , tired of making decisions and then having to change them or to cancel them every day

@Shaz51 The headaches could be from so much stress, but they could be something else too! You may need to check in with your GP for a check up cos that sounds super awful for you 😢

Sounds like a really overwhelming thing to deal with so much indecisiveness! Hope you get some reprieve soon 🤗💜

I don’t know if it helps you at all @Shaz51, but I had to “expect the unexpected” in my situation, and just treat all decisions as temporary until the last minute. I would make arrangements, saying to people in the moment that the plans might change, and thinking ahead.

Can you sit back a little from Mr. Shaz, and just show him support for all his processing by just saying things like:

Uh-huh, okay

That’s an interesting thought

Let’s see if that idea works out, shall we ?

Let’s make a list of pros and cons before deciding anything

Maybe that decision doesn’t need to be made right now, so let’s let it sit, because we might change our minds about it

Its tough not being able to make solid plans, and feeling thrown about by all the changes of mind. Maybe try to find ways to sit outside of his back and fro processing ? Can you visualise a bubble around him, and you are not in that bubble with him for things like that ?

“Put your own oxygen mask on first” means validating how you feel in the middle of all the chaos and finding quiet corners for yourself.

@Shaz51 I agree with @Jynx that so much indecision from Mr Shaz must be super frustrating for you. To think you have a decision, and run with it. Then to be pulled up mid stride with a change of direction. Arghhh!!! I really do sympathise with you over that Shaz. It would literally drive me nuts. Weeelllll even more nuts than I already am. 😲 And it could be enough to give you a tension headache or a jaw ache from clenching your jaw and/or teeth. But it would be a good idea to get it checked next time you see your Dr or dentist.
