I hope that you have no side effects from your first covid injection...

You have come out of the other side of all the questioning...lead up to having the first injection...

Some relief in your thinking for you hopefully....

I think that I understand where you are at presently...in as much as anyone is able to, given this form of communication..

Are you possibly referring to so much happening in your life from all different areas within such a brief period...?

Not having time to adjust to one situation and then wham something else occurs...?

head spinning times....

Our minds are not prepared for one situation on top of another and more...

Covid lockdowns and injections where everything feels like it is taken out of your control..

You have through all of the above worked so hard at dealing with each situation as it occurs at the same time reassuring Mr Shaz and mum Shaz...

So much energy in that alone...

I believe that many of us are in a state of shock when the lockdown hits even though we are aware it will be likely...

Perhaps it is shock from all of the build up of events and then lockdown shock that you are describing poetically almost...

I believe that your mind and body are reacting in a healthy response....

the fear...flight reaction ...

You are not fleeing....you are staying put...

You are just still coming to terms with the fact that it has all happened...

You are coping incredibly well...given everything that you have faced in not only a long time of caring for more than one person....also within a brief period of time leading up to now...

One day at a time....if you can turn your mind away from yesterday.....tomorrow is not here yet....

today is here and that is all that you need to focus on ....

This is where I find myself coming back to when I become overwhelmed....

this place of now is a calmer place where I can find my breath and regulate my breathing..

you have you in this now...you are enough.....be proud of you.....love you....

hope that I have not overwhelmed you with another book!!!

hello it is me again , sorry xxx

it has been over a year since we have been away for a weekend and 9 months since the fire

thinking of going away for 2 nights is making me worried about leaving mum on her own

mum`s sister and niece live in the same town and they are making all the excuses under the sun , i can not believe it !!!!!

yes thinking Mum and mr shaz expecting me to be the rock everyday but sometimes i feel overwhemled and say what about me
