Not sure what to do !!!

As much as ever @Shaz51. We're fairly lockdown-proof here. It's actually kind of nice having a good reason to stay at home, but I know it's a lot harder for some than others.

nice spending the afternoon in bed today , will be able to do some catchup with stuff tomorrow

got doctors appt but not sure if we are allowed to keep them

@Shaz51 - forced relaxation! these lockdowns. Hopefully only a short one 🤞 Maybe God thinks you need a break lol. Did you get much sleep last night? Glad to hear you're resting this arvo. I'm pretty sure medical apts are ok - maybe ring the surgery, Wear ya masks though, stay safe. 💐🕊️

Darn - and I am guessing you have little enough work right now so three days off it going to get you coming and going - you really can use the time off to sort ourd your health a bit but not at the loss of three days income. Are you entitled to any of this cash-support the Government says there is or as self-employed people is this not at all going to happen

I was glad my gardener and his wife could get here a the week before last - not just for my garden which looks terrific btw - but because this couple sort of remind me of you and Mr Shaz - battling away working very hard for little monetary return

And you have so much to be concerned about - Mr Shaz and his anxiety, your mother and her dementia - I am not sure right now if this has been diagnosed or not - but you would know. And she had this problem with her medication - not at all easy - I get it - and your house needing to be rebuild. On and on and on

It's not easy Shaz - I did read some of your posts yesterday - I had an adventure yesterday to write about in my thread - I must do that. I know you are not feeling at all well yourself - I hope you can care for yourself while you are so busy caring for other people

Lockdown is hard to digest when you hear that it is happening to yourself just like the snap of fingers (not quite the correct expression. I think that you might get my drift though....brain still not happy).

Many people do not realise that those of us dealing with unwell minds and caring for others with their own unwell minds are suddenly hit with the trauma of life restrictions.

I get exactly what you are feeling @Shaz51 as I am a person who is very prone to self isolating and was doing so before our lockdown. Yet when heard the news it was still traumatic even thought I was self isolating already from the world.

Double whammy.

First lockdown did not affect me as we had moved into new build and had much to do.

Toilet paper was the main concern!!!!

You might be eligible for a one off payment; as in relief or disaster (not you being the disaster; lockdown being the disaster; delta variant of covid).

Hope you get some help and useful advice, support if you do go to the doctors.

Medical appointments are considered as essential and still go ahead.

Each practice dealing with it in their own way.

sometimes you just don`t know what to do ,

sometimes it is soo hard to decide what to do

sometimes you wish you knew which way to go

someimes life just stands still waiting

had my first covid19 jab today

I am just soo overthinking too much
