..but you did it and you did it for a reason @Former-Member ..that's something a lot of people cannot do .. I thought your daughter was at uni already? ok kids seem to mature later these days re strength/confidence etc

..yeah probably the hardest thing is actually realising that one is in a 'hole' sometimes before it gets so hard to dig self out of .. @Former-Member then accepting false starts/ whatever comes, while pushing against ..your/my.. self..
