with me I can get stuck in patterns of memories that can't get away from etc @Former-Member ..for me it's trying to acknowledge them, and just keep moving ..sure, there are lessons there, it's not a luxury I have at the moment ..to delve over past .. er re 'tv' you sent that to me, and I was wondering as well, so just sent it back to you lol
