Hi Everyone , am quitting smoking after doing it for 16 years the last time. A good day was a packet, a bad day on the drink, well double that. I have some old patches and lozenges. What could go wrong? ok to my advantage Im off work so can hide myself away physically to get thru first bit.

Hi @CheerBear I went to remote work site over weekend where it was hard to avoid smokers I sat with them briefly, had a few silly thoughts but they disappeared

thanks @CheerBear yes I am playing to the crowd I guess lol .. still coughing stuff up ok when do lung exercises, still havent invoked aerobic exercise plan ,, oh well am not smoking thats the main thing
