I just need to share this: for the first time in so very long, today I actually feel happy. Nothing particularly exciting happened - in fact something unpleasant occurred. It hasn't taken my pleasure away. I had a picnic lunch with another mother and our children. We sat in the sun, on some grass near a playground. We initially sat somewhere else, and were moved on for being inadvertently on "private" land, but it didn't upset me. It was a simple, enjoyable time. And I feel happy. I think I'd forgotten how that feels. I feel light. This is wonderful. Wow!

Yeah thanks for saying @outlander, do you remember Tawney? I am many parts, Tawney brang me to the forums, though confronting / humbling at times (especially invearly fragile days) and clumsy with people, we are glad she did & so I want to keep her alive here I (we) have grown a lot, thanks to people Luke @Faith-and-Hope, and @Appleblossom, @Owlunar... I was such a mess inside first coming here 18/12 ago. I hope you're OK. I can't keep up with everyone's days sorry. Still care 💜💜💜

Hi @Former-Member! Thanks for wishing me a Happy Thursday... it has been a very good day actually. I sat an exam for year 12 equivalency. I passed with flying colours which is great because High School was a very long time ago!
