I just need to share this: for the first time in so very long, today I actually feel happy. Nothing particularly exciting happened - in fact something unpleasant occurred. It hasn't taken my pleasure away. I had a picnic lunch with another mother and our children. We sat in the sun, on some grass near a playground. We initially sat somewhere else, and were moved on for being inadvertently on "private" land, but it didn't upset me. It was a simple, enjoyable time. And I feel happy. I think I'd forgotten how that feels. I feel light. This is wonderful. Wow!

Am keeping an eye out for them @Former-Member Am going to put on some music and hopefully that helps me clean the house at least one room at a time anyway better than staring at a blank wall

@outlander You do what you know you can & need to do. You are a Woman, not a child, & I have faith in you & who you are ok! 🙂 I will be going to see GP today. I am having Acupuncture in left hand for pain management. I am ready for results from Blood Tests, & Cat Scan, I will know today, if I am to have another operation soon? & what on earth is going on, maybe I can get the help I need, I hope so.

@outlander Thank you Precious One, I will go rest now. I am a little teary at the moment, too much been happening in my life, I need some........... I am alone here, my Fur Family, are the love of my life, & I need to get, & give, a BIG hug to them right now! Sometimes I forget that I am only flesh, & need TLC too!
