I just need to share this: for the first time in so very long, today I actually feel happy. Nothing particularly exciting happened - in fact something unpleasant occurred. It hasn't taken my pleasure away. I had a picnic lunch with another mother and our children. We sat in the sun, on some grass near a playground.
We initially sat somewhere else, and were moved on for being inadvertently on "private" land, but it didn't upset me. It was a simple, enjoyable time. And I feel happy. I think I'd forgotten how that feels.
I feel light. This is wonderful. Wow!

I do have a membership @Former-Member i call it the naughty shop cause it takes all my money lol.
I take a look tomorrow as everything is all packed up for the night.

I have struggled with social stuff for many many years. And it has developed into a recluse like lifestyle. I thought it would pass. I thought i was wrong about what i was thinking about people. I yearned to find my pack / tribe. Or be needed, depended on and wanted. But it just never really happened? Perhaps it was myself trying to reenact or recreate my childhood years. Who knows?

I realise I'm never going to get back the old me either @eudemonism,too damaged, traumatized, hypersensitive,lost trust etc.Some of it is wrong people.I try and protect myself and won't be vulnerable to anyone.At the end of the day,no one is worth the effort.Understand.
