I just need to share this: for the first time in so very long, today I actually feel happy. Nothing particularly exciting happened - in fact something unpleasant occurred. It hasn't taken my pleasure away. I had a picnic lunch with another mother and our children. We sat in the sun, on some grass near a playground. We initially sat somewhere else, and were moved on for being inadvertently on "private" land, but it didn't upset me. It was a simple, enjoyable time. And I feel happy. I think I'd forgotten how that feels. I feel light. This is wonderful. Wow!
@Sans911 how's this right. I been severely suicidal for more times then i care to remember or can count. And what it has come down to. Is telling people. That if i could click my fingers and magically be gone and resting in peace. I'd be clicking my fingers.
I'm not real fond of life or reality. It's very messed up. And got lots of problems. It's hard to help yourself in this world. Because there is so many things or people just waiting to dig their claws in. And drag you down. As if it were a nightmare.
I suppose it is just the essence of life and has been happening since the dawn of time. And no one is immune from it. But when i figure it gives one over another. More "power and control " and a smile on their face. It makes me bitterly disgusted.

@Former-Member Plz may I delete my decision 2 days ago to delete my membership from Sane. My wonderful loving friends would like me to stay. This has helped me to think with my heart once again & not with my head & the bad behaviour towards myself by 3 Sane members, while I am very vulnerable with serious Virus health issues, & Anxiety levels at a braking point? I love my PRECIOUS ones & will miss them if I leave them behind now I leave it in your hands Sincerely Bella XO 🙂
