I just need to share this: for the first time in so very long, today I actually feel happy. Nothing particularly exciting happened - in fact something unpleasant occurred. It hasn't taken my pleasure away. I had a picnic lunch with another mother and our children. We sat in the sun, on some grass near a playground. We initially sat somewhere else, and were moved on for being inadvertently on "private" land, but it didn't upset me. It was a simple, enjoyable time. And I feel happy. I think I'd forgotten how that feels. I feel light. This is wonderful. Wow!

Forgiveness is the key to being free from the chains of pain & hurts, in this world there will always be pain & misunderstandings, sorrow, & strife, sickness, abuse, lack of compassion, hunger, sorrow,............ you can not change the world & the people in it. You can, forgive from your heart, let go, you are allowed to be you Li1, just be the you, you know in your heart of hearts. No one person is better than you are, you just need to see the Masterpiece that you are! Forgive & let go of the abusers, the past, yourself, then breath deeply, really look into your eyes, the mirror of your soul. Try to picture a tiny helpless little girl, she is sitting all alone, sad, frightened, just wanting to be loved, played with, & safe! She see's you, she holds her little trusting arms out to you Li1, yes you! are you seeing this in your mind? Feel love, compassion, tenderness, & care for this beautiful little venerable yet amazingly perfect little angel. Walk towards her! Feel her presence, look into her eyes & see the tiny tears of JOY that she has you there? Feel the trust she has in you & you alone? Now reach out to her,ok? Feel her soft & warm skin, her life is in your hands now Li1? You can accept this trusting, loving, beautiful, perfect little child? You can pick her up, you can hold her, You can make her feel accepted? You can give her love that she deserves & needs, its her birth right? You can be her everthing? You can be her strength? You can care for her, NEVER let anyone, or anything ever hurt her? You, are her way to being set free, yes you! Now will you choose to hold the beautiful child next to your heart, & love her as you know you can? Or will you abandon that child to be sad & alone & vulnerable? I know that you will make the right choice. Your heart is a true honourable & beautiful heart! How do I know this truth, you may be thinking? Because I see & look in the heart, & GOD created your heart. People have tried to destroy your heart. I see your heart. God is smiling at your heart! Your heart Li1 is who you truly are, & who you truly are, you, I & GOD know this! Can you now, in your imagination, see this little tiny baby girl holding her arm to you, sweet trusting loving & in great need of security, acceptance, peace, JOY, & LOVE! Can & will you pick her up, & put her close to your heart? Hold her there & give her all the LOVE & Protection, & Acceptance, don't let the lies & abuse & anything that has been past, present, & future hurt her, just give her what you know, is her right to have in this world, & feel GOOD & SPECIAL about this never let her go & be here everything & make her welcome & safe & loved! Because Li1 this child lives in your heart, this child is YOU! 🙂 You can do it! I have FAITH in YOU! GOD has FAITH in YOU! That's why I am spending my time with you, that's why I came to this site, for you! I know in my heart that is why I stayed, just 4 you! & GOD'S LOVE 4 YOU in me!
