Something’s not right

Low mood

Low mood

I have schizoaffective disorder and I am suffering from low mood today. Not sure why? I just feel sad.

I went for a walk to the park with the kids and I just felt depressed and awful, all I wanted to do was to lye down on the bed.

The thing is I start training for a new job tomorrow so I should be happy but I don't really feel it, I just feel down.

Does anyone have any tips to pull you out of a low mood?

Fantastic news💐

I believe that you will find yourself feeling better as every day passes.

It may sound weird but going back to work will give you a sense of self worth and you will begin to find your own positive place as you greet each new day.

Keep those UP feelings happening x

I sure do...

I have to say for the most part my work is one thing that keeps me grounded and being able to feel like I truly make a difference.

Have a great day 😊
