Walking group
I was talking with @Zoe7@Shaz51@Faith-and-Hope last night about walking. So we decided to set a mini goal and start walk.
Who would like to join us? 😊
I’ve decided to walk three times this week for 30 mins.

I hope your night is going to be more relaxing @Shaz51 - I suspect you will have an early night tonight - I am planning on doing the same but have tried that the last few nights and it hasn't happened so fingers crossed it does tonight so I am ok for DBT tomorrow.

You worry me Little Pea when you talk about going off your meds - last time you did that it didn't go so well, I agree with my sister @Zoe7 my super @Bunniekins
mr shaz when he goes off his meds , he starts to get anxious, flustered, making lots of mistakes , not sleeping , nervious , start saying thing he does not mean to say , nasty , thinks people are talking about him and are against him and then he has a breakdown
he wants to stop the meds because of the side effects , I rather him stay on the meds and I think my friend you are better on the meds xoxox

@Shaz51@Zoe7 my dear friends you see this is why I love these forums you end up with true friendships. Forgiving and caring friendships. Thankyou for your sensible words..... you are right I just have to be strong and suck it up knowing that without the meds it is actually worse (imagine that .....).
I have to get my son into his shower. Thanks again for your caring words.
Lots of love the pea xxxxxx

I'm in total agreeance with your pdoc and nurse @Bunniekins but it has to be up to you too Hon. We can only say what we have seen before when you have done this and it didn't go so well for you. I do remember becsuse you were doing so well and then had time away from the forum, stopped your meds and we saw the result - you were not in a good place Hon. We care for you little pea and I would encourage you to think about this a bit more. Whatever your decision you know we will be here for you though Hon.![]()
Thanks @Shaz51 fingers and toes (and Toby's paws) crossed here for all of us to get a good night's sleep ![]()
