I was talking with @Zoe7@Shaz51@Faith-and-Hope last night about walking. So we decided to set a mini goal and start walk.

Who would like to join us? 😊

@TAB yes I have to lose this bulge and I reckon the only way is walking and looking after my diet. Am heading of even earlier tomorrow with neighbour as it is getting so light in the mornings and we like to walk in the dark being the vampires that we both are :).
