Walking group
I was talking with @Zoe7@Shaz51@Faith-and-Hope last night about walking. So we decided to set a mini goal and start walk.

@Zoe7@Shaz51 :D! The pea is seriously thinking of going off her meds ..... I know I always say this like a broken record but I am one step away from it atm. Other than that I am fine lol!
How are you going Zoe7? and Zoe7 is right cleaning houses is very hard work.

The pea is seriously thinking of going off her meds--- ohh my super @Bunniekins, mr shaz is thinking of doing the same

Going ok here @Bunniekins Went to the pool this morning and have been tidying and relaxing all afternoon.
You worry me Little Pea when you talk about going off your meds - last time you did that it didn't go so well - please seek professional support first if you are considering it Hon - then it can be done safely. You know I love my little pea
