I was talking with @Zoe7@Shaz51@Faith-and-Hope last night about walking. So we decided to set a mini goal and start walk.

Haven't gotten in a walk today - have slept instead 
but needed it after my appointment. Am planning on taking Toby to the beach on Friday (weather permitting) for a walk @TAB @BlueBay @Shaz51 @Faith-and-Hope
