Walking group
I was talking with @Zoe7@Shaz51@Faith-and-Hope last night about walking. So we decided to set a mini goal and start walk.

It does get busy sometimes and I take a step back often too @TAB - sometimes it is because I am not in the headspace to engage and other times it is simply too much for me. That is when I either log off or stick to the one or two threads - we need to be able to take care of ourselves in order to help support others as well - sometimes we just need a chat also and other times we can be that support for others - and then there are the times that we also need that support ourselves - a 3 are okay and have their time and place.
