It's all a fing joke.

None of this is real.

None of us are real.

We're just pond scum, floating on the sea of life.

We're cast out, not whole and never to be real.

F it all.

We're just broken pieces of crap. No one regards us as worthwhile objects of consideration, let alone even human. We're shit. Vile, scummy, shit.

Society thinks were not worth anything, even the treatment providers 'helping' us don't regard us as human. We're patients, not like them at all. Not good enough, clean enough, articulate enough.

We never will be.

So why bother.

Why even do this shit?

Why pretend? Why try?

i really want to see it too @Former-Member i seen all of the others including-hmm what is it called its not actually jurrassic park but an extension of it. think its jurrassic world? ive heard both good and bad of the new movie. some say its very boring but others say its very good

Does anybody else feel like a failure every time they walk into therapy?

It's like I know I should be grateful that someone is prepared to help me, but it just reinfoces how wrong I am. Every day is a little reminder that I'm just not good enough.

Oh and did I mention the c-faces at centrelink are trying to prove that I've lied to them about my earnings. And they won't even tell me what I supposedly lied about. Their friendly letter implies that I'm going to be fined or taken to court. Gosh, the helping hand that pushes you as far down as it possibly can. After all, it's my fault I'm poor. It's my fault I'm sick. Why should they even waste precious oxygen on my disposable corpse.

@Former-Member thr system can really suck! Im sorry you felt crappy after a psych session. Do you think you could let them know you dont feel any better after sessions maybe they can try some other techniques?

Centrelink stuff is tricky i really hope thay all works out for you.
Your not unwell because you choose to be. I dont think anyone or very many would choose mental health issues.
