I know that feeling of being let down very well @Twinklelight It is something I am talking about with my pdoc - do you feel like the weight of the world is pushing in on you and you are overwhelmed by the sadness around being let down - that is how I feel at times. It hits hard and takes me some time to be able to shake the feeling.

It is not a nice place to be sitting @Twinklelight - I find it takes me some time to be able to process the disappointment - I would suggest some self-care but I know it can be hard to do when you feel this way.
