Something’s not right

Planet of solitude

My mind runs wild

My body so stiff

The wind rushes through me

Making me damp and cold

My heart thumping

As fast as it can go

With no where to turn

And nothing to see

The pain is so real

It hurts so deep inside

I see nothing but black

My head spinning fast

I feel like I'm going to fall

Into a heap

That I can't unravel from

The mess is so real

I don't want to be here

It rips me apart

Why do I have to do this

Fight fight fight

It's to painful

It's to hard

When will it end

When will the pain go

Hydrotherapy helps to take some of the pressure off my back whilst doing exercises to strengthen my back and legs @Twinklelight Being in the water is something I love to do so it is also helping me get back to things I like. I certainly feel exhausted and sore afterwards but it will help in the long run - as with anything it will take time (and lots of it) to help strengthen my back and reduce some of the pain.

I completely understand how much back pain stops you doing even the simplest things around the house - I can only do small things and a little at a time and have to be very careful not to over do it and make my back worse.

I love writing too but haven't been in the right headspace for quite some time to be able to do any - when I am in that zone I can write for hours without stopping - something I really need to find the mental space to get back to.

What fur babies do you have?

I have 2 dogs, 2 cats , 1 bird and 2 ginnie pigs. One day I want to get a miniature pig. Love them so much @Zoe7

You do have a lot of fur babies @Twinklelight - a miniature pig would be cute - I like most animals... used to have fish and hermit crabs too but they sadly went to the big ocean in the sky.

I'm not doing so well today.

Having family or I should say in law problems.

They drive me in sane sometimes. I just feel really depressed and down today. Nothing an cheer me up.

I just try and do things for other people and I just get let down all the time. I get confused about it in my head and I can't control that. My head just spins in circles and j cNt stop it.
It's so hard that I try and help and I get what on all the time
