Re: Planet of solitude
Hi @Twinklelight Most of the time I don't do much at all. It takes most of my energy these days to get to DBT and appointments. I have just started hydrotherapy to help with my back pain and issues and although it is great to be back in the water it is very tiring to do.
I love to paint, spend time with my fur babies and I watch a lot of sport - I tend to avoid most tv as I find it too triggering. When I am well enough I am renovating my house but it has been some time since I have been physically able to do any of that.
What do you like to do?

My daughter is able to vocalise too. Feels good doesn't it, that you didn't pass that along? 🙂 Thanks for understanding.

Re: Planet of solitude
That's good @Zoe7. I wish I could do hydrotherapy. I have a lot of back pain to. Does it help a lot. My back pain stops me from doing most thing even like doing thing around the house. Its pretty hard. I love writing and drawing and playing with my fur babys too. I have all different kind of fur babys.

Re: Planet of solitude
Aw, thank you I hope your sleep was peaceful, dear. I'll be heading off to bed soon, @Twinklelight! I just read today that this is specifically for Australians, not just by Australians, and have asked the powers that be if it's okay if my American self hangs around. 🙂 I'm so delighted to be here.
