I thought it was a good title to start a discussion with other members. I am feeling really irriratable of late. I am worried my depression is on its way back. I have to look at ways at managing and expressing my feelings. Its so hard to get the words out and to express what is happening for me.

D3 is cooking dinner @oceangirl , which is great cons i’m stuffed ..... hot and tired, and we are walking home for some exercise, well, dawdling really, but it still ticks the box.

Glad to hear you have help with dinner tonight @Faith-and-Hope . I just feed the babies :). I have uni tomorrow moring at 8am to 10am. I am then going to have coffee with my EP and catch up with him. After that I have to go to the hospital, I want to go pick up a cook book from the rehab centre. I then have another class from 4pm to 6pm.
Today I orhanized Milo's surgery on his eye- he has a cherry eye and also they want to do a operation on his breathing- they're going to be done together. Its a while until that is done- it will be done, in the second half of April.
My dad is deteriorating atm not sure if he will level out again. Its quite difficult to deal with at times and sad to see him like this. I am not sure how to help him?
