Something’s not right

Depression

Depression

I thought it was a good title to start a discussion with other members. I am feeling really irriratable of late. I am worried my depression is on its way back. I have to look at ways at managing and expressing my feelings. Its so hard to get the words out and to express what is happening for me.

Sorry I missed you earlier F&H @Faith-and-Hope

I'm struggling to sleep atm but I have to be up in the am to go and see my specialist

Both puppies are doing well. Milo is now 13kgs

I am ringing tomorrow to get someone to do my lawns & garden- I can't do that for a little while

I can put my energy into healing from my surgery and focusing on my studies. I am finding the courses interesting thus far

I have uni Tuesday, wednesday & friday

Hope you're enjoying your studies and your baby dragons are doing well too

Night F&H

❤️ @Shaz51

Thanks @oceangirl

I am enjoying the course, but there are areas I have to work hard with because they are new to me .... same as everybody really. We just have different areas that are challenging.

I am up early, but I have woken on and off across the night. The heat seems to have something to do with it, and my mr. gets up through the night, so that has been disturbing me too. I am going to just stay in bed resting for another hour or so until I need to get up.

Glad to hear your fur babies are doing well, and getting help with the garden sounds like a good idea. Healing properly is a priority, and studies too .... 👍

@Faith-and-Hope

You're so right we all have challenges in regards to learning & studying. I think it comes down to practice and knowing how to study. We can't be expectated to know everything.

My sleep is not good either, and I am awak across the night too. I did seem to sleep a bit better last night. I hope your sleep improves for you. I'm finding wearing my fitbit helps with my sleep I don't know. I think I need to start wearing it again. My sleep got messed up in hospital because they have automatic lights and the room/ward I was in they were not working and therefore stayed on all night. But apparently they were meant to go out at midnight, and I thought that was too late. There are softer lights to use in the rooms. On the Sunday I changed wards because of the lack of patient numbers in my ward, they said they moved us for safety reasons but more so budgeting reasons and the cost of running a ward.

I am heading to the Drs tomorrow and booking xray(stomach) and doing readings for uni. I also have to pick up Milo's medication and run a few errands too. I have uni again on Friday. Hope you have a great day F&H @Faith-and-Hope ❤️
