It's time I disappear

I've been struggling for awhile and today is a really bad day. I'm emotional overwhelmed angry at my BPD. Not coping. Im having thoughts to disappear fir a while where no one will find me.

I am so confused in my head.

I am thinking my family will be better off without me. I am a bother to then.

Pls tell me I'm wrong. Someone tell me to not do it.

Ir seems wrong but my head is telling me very strongly to do it.

Easilt psck a bag and go.

Fragile is how I feel.

It should state on the homepage that it is only open Monday - Friday 10am - 10pm. Where did you notice it is open now?

it was open in the get help section and it said 'launch chat' and also at the top of the page next to the helplines number @mufasa

I tried to write but it’s nit working. I’ve just ripped some pages with my pen. It’s too negative. I’m struggling to sit with this emotion.

I’m so hopeless. I should just go. Im angry st myself.

maybe scribbling on some paper would be helpful? @BlueBay or trying to draw what your feeling?
sometimes when your feeling angry, for me i find throwing pairs of socks at the wall helpful.
maybe that would help you too?
