SANE Forums Responsive project: Ask technical questions & report bugs here

This thread will be opened on the morning of Tuesday 5 June for people to ask technical questions and report any bugs they have come across on the new Responsive Forum Platform.

This technology behind the Responsive Forum Platform is not new - it's tried and tested, so we don't expect any issues - but better be safe than sorry 😁

If you have a technical 'How do I....' question, jump over to this thread first and then read posts in this thread, to see if the answer is already there.

If you don't find the answer, or have found a bug, please report it here and tag @Former-Member , who will follow it up.

Thanks for updating us about how things are going @Sans911@BlueBay. Sorry this has persisted for a while. Our tech team are still trying to understand what's happening with the delayed notifications and we will update you as soon as we have a bit more information.

Just a quick update @Faith-and-Hope. Our tech support team are hoping to make some changes changes to the system tomorrow that may help with the sign in issue you've been having 👏 If the problem persists, it may be something more related to your email setup or your email provider. In light of that, it could be worth checking your email settings and contacting your email provider too. Hope that helps a little 😊

Thanks @Former-Member. It only occurred with the changes in the Sane site, but I will see what happens. Prior to that it was only when I changed wifi zones moving about with mobile really.

It's interesting that it happens when you change wi-fi zones too @Faith-and-Hope. I wonder whether it might be related to internet or wi-fi settings too? I hope the tech change tomorrow or some further exploration with your email or internet settings helps with getting to the bottom of it. I'll update you if our tech team comes up with any other ideas to try out too 🌻

Hi Bluetoo, That's frustrating. Try again and see what happens. If it was just a personal post and the same thing happens send us an email and the morning moderators will try and figure it out
