SANE Forums Responsive project: Ask technical questions & report bugs here

This thread will be opened on the morning of Tuesday 5 June for people to ask technical questions and report any bugs they have come across on the new Responsive Forum Platform.

This technology behind the Responsive Forum Platform is not new - it's tried and tested, so we don't expect any issues - but better be safe than sorry 😁

If you have a technical 'How do I....' question, jump over to this thread first and then read posts in this thread, to see if the answer is already there.

If you don't find the answer, or have found a bug, please report it here and tag @Former-Member , who will follow it up.

Yes @Former-Member i have a HUAWEI phone and think the 'browser' is google - linked up through my gmail usually.

Also, when typing in people to tag to a message - it doesnt always bring them up in the dropdown to select, so i just type it and it stays black which i guess means they are not tag notified... I almost always use mobile.

Does anyone have issues with uploading pic on mobile?

Sometimes it works and the picture shows up in the post other times ill upload it and post but the image has gone. The msg comes up blank or itll just keep tagging the member im posting too.

That sounds pretty frustrating @outlander. I'll have a look into it and see if we can get an answer for you 😊

In the meantime, can I ask what phone you're using and what browser you use on your phone to access the forums? That will help us troubleshoot a bit more.

Is anybody else expreincing this issue?
