I don't see the point in living anymore. I can't.
I've called helplines but tonight it's just not helped.
I've spent way too much time in hospital over the years and nothings ever helped.

Hi there, it sounds like you've been having a really tough night @The-red-centaur. You did really well earlier when you faced your fear and let your worker know that you're finding things very difficult right now as @Faith-and-Hope and @Zoe7 encouraged you to do. It would be great if you could talk to your worker again, so that they know you're still needing extra support. Please also try to respond to the moderation team's email.

It is so hard when there is suicide in the family. The mix between reality and suicidal ideation ... is blurred ...
I have 2 uncles who suicided in 1986/7. They were uncles by marriage, so I was not frightened of the gene thing. They were also brothers, housemates and friends. We rode motorbikes together when in my late teens and I lived with my aunt.

I just hope you settle within yourself one day
and that you can find a way that makes sense for you ...
Cant say it plainer than that.
We dont have to do what anyone else does ... just cos we are related.
