I don't see the point in living anymore. I can't.
I've called helplines but tonight it's just not helped.
I've spent way too much time in hospital over the years and nothings ever helped.

I hope you’re sleeping now, but if you’re not, distracting yourself with music through earphones might help. It’s hard for the brain to concentrate on more than one thing at a time, so hopefully the music will take priority over racing thoughts.

Keep communicating with your case worker @The-red-centaur ..... they are there to help you sort out problems as you go along, and how you feel matters. It can be hard speaking up, but it is important.
I am going to be out for most of the day, but I will look in on you when I am at home again.
