I don't see the point in living anymore. I can't.
I've called helplines but tonight it's just not helped.
I've spent way too much time in hospital over the years and nothings ever helped.

Have you been offered any programs to help you managed si thoughts ? Has your counsellor suggested DBT for instance ?

@The-red-centaur What your CM said is not okay. You are obviously not in a good place and asking for help ..that kind of statement is so inappropriate and not not at all helpful.
I fully understand your anger at the Mental Health system in the state - it is less than ideal. There continues to be extreme waiting lists for mental health patients and inappropriate levels of care for thise that really need it. I had to listen to the Health Minister last night state how much money they intend to put into Mental Health but it doesn't seem to equate to extra beds or care where it is needed ...so much with you on the 'state of play' with Mental Health services in the state in the public arena.
