I don't see the point in living anymore. I can't.
I've called helplines but tonight it's just not helped.
I've spent way too much time in hospital over the years and nothings ever helped.

It does not matter who he was or what you did @The-red-centaur he is totally at fault. You did nothing wrong at all and none of it is your fault at all.

Some things stay with us forever @The-red-centaur and affect us in different ways at different stages of our lives. What happened many years ago can feel like yesterday and those intense feelings can overtake us in body and mind. But it is really important for you to know you are not alone in feeling like this, you are safe now and he cannot hurt you anymore - all so important to tell yourself Hon - and most importantly of all that it was not your fault.
