Something’s not right

Please tell me the truth.

Please tell me the truth.

I feel very shaken up and uncomfortable. i am not sure what to believe ether. part of me says that this is just my head but then another quite strong part of me is saying that my treatment team have been lying to me this whole time and that they are actually all plotting to destroy me. i think they have also maybe put something inside me like a chip to control me and they are also using the meds to make me think they are trying to help when actually they arent. and also they have a demon watching me cause it wont go away and also there are people watching me and i feel like they are going to attack me it is hard to explain. but what should i do is this just my head? or is it not and should i try and get away from all of them so they cant find me? i am really scared right now and i dont know what to do or who to talk to or um it is hard to explain but i just really need some advice. thanks if you read this.

Oh cool. You ARE talking to @outlander. You know @Eden1919 she is my lil Sis on these forums. She's amazing as she stayed up with me sooooo late last night to keep me safe. Hugs to the both of you

Re: Please tell me the truth.

yup @Sans911 already talking 🙂

@Eden1919do you think it would be helpful to get a diagnosis or help for your eating troubles. you can find psychologists trained in helping those with diagnosed/undiagnosed eating issues so that could be an option to look into.

it seems you might be feeling distressed, am i right? would it help to work on something to calm your nerves before talking more?

im more than happy to keep working through whatever you need to help you get through the fog and to support you. im also happy to just have a chat about anything you like to keep you distracted too. whichever you like

Re: Please tell me the truth.

@Eden1919 - is there a particular reason you feel that you are a horrible person? Or why you ruin everything?

I don't know if this helps, but I feel exactly the same. And talking to mental health professionals is tricky at the best of times. How do we know they are helping? Are they right for us? What should or shouldn't we tell them?

Re: Please tell me the truth.

@outlander and @Eden1919 I'm going to have a chat with Snowie over there :backhand_index_pointing_right: as I don't want to overwhelm you with lots of questions and too many people talking. @outlander knows where to find me if you want to chat to me as well

Re: Please tell me the truth.

@Eden1919what about letting your tears go, it might actually be helpful for you.... a nice hot shower i find helps me when i feel that way too. do you think that might be a good idea to ease your distress for now?

it seems talking about the things that are bothering you is to overwhelming atm and thats ok, more than ok.

what about i pick a random topic and we can talk about that?

Re: Please tell me the truth.

@Eden1919 - it does seem like talking about things is really overwhelming, perhaps let it go for a little while. Outlander's suggestion is a good idea. I often cry in the shower. Maybe you can do a breathing exercise with @outlander. I have taught her a few that have helped her
