I am- Overwhelmed & Traumatised I need your support!!

I have realised why I am like I am, I have had one traumatic life changing experience after another in my life. I looked in the mirror & went into shock as I didn't recognize myself. I have been running on near empty now for many years. The whole experience which led up to the Major life saving Spinal Surgery, which I had 15 month ago, has drained & frightened me so much that I am concerned about everything now. My family & any friends I ever had are distant, & have no sincere care or understanding for me, they do not care. I am all alone & not knowing what to do about anything, the nitmares, anxiety attackes, & feelings of not coping, can be crippling? Can you understand & relate to what I have shared, & would you like to help in some way, by sharing anything that I can use too, that will help?

He sounds like hes abit hopeless at relationships ir perhaps abit insecure about himself so he also jumped at the chance to have a relarionship with someone. To me to be wed is a huge decision and shouldn't be one to be rushed. If she also believes that their relationship is real and good enough to be wed then thatll have to be their own decision.

Anyway, I don't need to be heartbroken I have enough on my plait it sucks to be heartbroken, I am so over it now. I made him stand on the front veranda when he came here a few nites ago & I spoke to him through the securit door & it was locked he stayed talking to me for over an hour would you believe. I told him I will not go canoing with you & he was stunned. I said if he gets married then our friendship changed as he had to put his wife first. He told me before he left that he will keep in touch with me. But I am not going to go to the door when he comes here again atm I have had men!!

I personaly can not see it working out, nor ladting long, but that is his problem not mine. I care about him, & I know in his heart he is a good person. But it's far to complex for me & i don't want to be involved! I will just let him & his live be his. I'm out of it now!

I have to let Ruby out for potty time & I have one on my cts missing me in the other part of the house. Better go now as it is late & I don't want another nite mare but I don't know atm how to stop them? 😞

I dont mind talking to you either. Im always here for you, just a tag away even when im quiet im usually just reading along but am around.

No its beat to stay out of that sort of drama thats fir sure. They are grown people and can work that part out for themselves really. .
As for the nightmares try watching a few funny youtube clips. Hmm try Michael McIntyre.- hes a really funny comedian. Make your eyes water funny.
Ill still be up for while ao happy to keep chatting till you fall asleep too.
