Re: Reaching out... And giving support...
Yea @Bunniekins I'm hearing you... It's a good approach too have... This morning at 3am i woke up and my conscience decided to remind me how seriously bad the situation with my recent and distant history with mental health is. Plus, the physical feelings I'm dealing with are really heavy... Literally feeling poisoned and like something is seriously wrong... But having no other choice but to go on... I'm wasting my time trying to work it out with words..... Just got too take action in a positive direction... Do you live in a nice and suitable place?.. (good neighborhood, neighbours and environment?..)

Re: Reaching out... And giving support...
@eudemonism Hi eudemonism yes we have no choice but to 'soldier on' however exhausting and misunderstood we are. Luckily for me I have a pretty tough hide and can handle alot, nothing really bothers me too much except if it concerns my children then that stresses the hell out of me. I do live in a nice place it is close to shops for coffee and yet is also quiet which is great. I like it because it is kind of half and half. I wouldnt like to live in the bush because that would freak me out being alone but living in a major city would be too much for me too amongst too many people wouldnt do me any good either. I like to move though so at some stage I would like to move on. I have moved alot during my life and this is the longest I have been in an area.
Are you happy where you are?

Re: Reaching out... And giving support...
@Bunniekins Yea I don't have any choice. I have this place I been staying at for a fair while now and I have to make the most of it. It's a roof over my head and it's a decent area. Close to shops and facilities. A quiet neighborhood. Good neighbours. I'd like to move. But beggars can't be choosers. It's as good as I'll get. I been in a few different living arrangements. And this is one of the more stable places I've lived. It's mh housing. I had to be apart of a psychosocial rehabilitation programme to get this place. Not ideal. But don't have any options for the time being. I've tried to make life work for myself. But it's kind of. Be the label. Be the diagnosis. Take the meds. Do the act. I can't ever really be a normal person in this housing.. Does that make sense?

Hi @eudemonism and @Bunniekins - i am really tired, physically, mentally and not really sure about this world/life really, what it all means or is for. (way to heavy ... ignore hehe)
Soldiering on is so hard, and such a heavy ask.. but it is expected and expected that we will just keep doing the 'right' things, making 'good' choices and doing more to sort our 'situations' out. but its so hard to do it and to do it alone.
@eudemonism - i can hear how difficult the medication is for you and wish that there were some other solutions for you right now. Keep advocating for what you need (though i know it sounds like its falling on deaf ears at the moment)...
take care
Re: Reaching out... And giving support...
@Appleblossom I'm working out that dealing with the mhs is a toxic scenario. It don't do me any good whatsoever. It don't help me get on with life. It don't help me be myself and do what I want to. It gives this sense if needing approval and acceptance from a system based prospective. And on their eyes. I'm MI. And I need medication. I've had no other choice. But to take this mh housing. To deal with the mhs. To be apart of the mh programmes. To reach out to the mhworkers. And I'm thinking it's all rather toxic. They say I'm MI and than they be there to support me and trap me in the system. And they think they have power over me because of this. I financially had no other choice. And I still don't. I can't afford private rental. I can't afford to own my own home. I'm unable to work.

@Bunniekins@eudemonism Still make the best of it wherever you land.
Finding the least toxic way to live means many different little decisions for me.
