Re: Reaching out... And giving support...
@Bunniekins good morning ☕⛅🌻
I'm concentrating on getting out and about this morning and mixing my routine up. Changing the order of things and prioritising correctly. Plus adding some genuine mindfulness and meditation time In there somewhere. Where I'm focusing on good and helpful thoughts which solve the mental issues I'm faced with. Instead of exacerbating them. Because yea, my reality is... People want to rob me of of wellbeing and peace of mind. Cause it makes them insecure.
Have you got anything planned for today?..

Re: Reaching out... And giving support...
@eudemonism Hi eudemonism and good morning. Gosh you do ask complicated questions ... the essence of my mental health issues are the fact without my medication I am quite mad. I do lose my mind. When I am on my medications I cannot look back as my mind wont let me. My pdoc says it is my mind protecting itself. I hope I have understood your question as in I need my medications because if I yoyo off and on them the more damage will be done says my pdoc.

Re: Reaching out... And giving support...
@eudemonism I think mixing up your routine is a great idea. We all get stuck in routines and I dont think it is good for the brain. My son is being picked up by his carer to take him to the movies shortly after that a big clean up as I have renovatons being done next week (which I am not looking forward to). I have a new book which I will start reading today.
I hope you have a nice day eudemonism. gp 🙂

Re: Reaching out... And giving support...
@eudemonism Eudemonism I have had a huge win today. A woman who once shunned me for my psychotic behaviour was openly friendly with me today in the streets (I live in a small community) She asked me how I was going and really tried I believe to make up for the negativity from the past. Everyone was looking. Made me feel so good. Made me feel like I should keep trying. Anyway I wanted to share that with you as it is a positive part of my day which I hope will help bring a little smile to your face that there is always hope 🙂

@Shaz51 it shows how far I have come. Has taken nearly four years to get to this point. Got a way to go yet but this is a huge step forward for me. I just hope it makes others happy too *teary*.

Re: Reaching out... And giving support...
@Bunniekins that's excellent news 😃 It's like that for me with lots of people around town. I people that meant something to me got exposed to my illness. And it's really upsetting to look back on. I hope they all understand. Renovations?.. Do you own or rent?..

Re: Reaching out... And giving support...
@eudemonism I rent and it will be a massive pain but worth it in the end. I cannot complain as the landlord is good. I try not to think too much about how I appeared during my illness as one I cannot remember much and two it was a really unpleasant time for me and best forgotten. I always believe in moving forward and not looking back. Oh and 3 there is nothing I can do about it as I cannot change the past it is done and dusted.
