Yea @Bunniekins that's sounds great. I already done that for myself this morning. I'm now wanting to get on with something and do something but have limited options, am tied down bye my pet dog and only have a few friends I catch up with. I contemplated popping a pill this morning. But it would of only delayed doing what I need to do. Being tied down bye the dog is a big factor in everyday.

@Former-Member yea I'm hearing you... I think I'm afraid that no matter what I do... I will always have this guilt and shame to deal with at the end of the day (being unwell) ... You know... The narrative storyline behind everything I've ever done wrong... Narrative that involves so many other people's voices (of judgement) ... And it affects me as if it were real because it's all so intricate, detailed and meaningful and is kind of the reason behind why my life is miserable and hasn't worked out... And the same repeating scenarios, unfold depending on what triggers I'm exposed too... And there's basically no avoiding the triggers... It's all based around my worst fears or best desires... And than my real life ends up getting neglected... And I turn around and think... This ain't much of a life at all... The tricky bit is - determining if it's true or not and knowing that the other people involved in my thoughts don't actually know what's going on... I told myself before (nobody knows what's going on in my mind) ... @Bunniekins have a read of this and tell me what you think...
