Reaching out... And giving support...

When life gets you down... The best thing you can do... Is reach out... And it's also good too have people who turn too you for support... Both as important as the other...

@eudemonism Hi eudemonism I could handle some of those oval pills sometimes right before bedtime 🙂 . Maybe save them for then. I have my daughter in a mental health ward at the moment so am a bit distracted. She has chronic depression and they are trying to lift her out of it as she has plateaued. I miss her like crazy as we are so close but will be able to see her over the weekend 🙂

Have you got any plans for today? Are you going for a walk at all? Other than talking to my daughter online and talking here I havent got much. 🙂

Sorry to but in - I just wanted to say that I'm sorry your daughter is in hospital with depression. I hope the doctors can help her come out of her deep depression. It must be so tough for you as a mum. I hope you get to see her soon and give her a big hug.

@Bunniekins thinking of you today. My daughter is also unwell atm, and it's hard as a parent. Maybe see you tonight at Friday Feast. I haven't been for weeks, and it's one of my goals for today

Hi @Bunniekins I'm sorry to hear about your daughter. You've got children everywhere? Must be quite a responsibility. I'm lucky in one sense. I have no children. I only have myself and a couple pets to look after. Being on the forums has made me realize how many parents with MI have children with MI. I've not been doing much recently. I've just been focusing my energy around what I need. I been keeping it simple as possible. I'm letting go of all my wants and just focusing on improving the things I need.
