When life gets you down... The best thing you can do... Is reach out... And it's also good too have people who turn too you for support... Both as important as the other...
And whoever I've missed... Feel free to tag someone I've missed...
The real world and what we have around us... Is what will determine a bad day between a good... Problems we have in our real lives... Can only be solved in our real lives... And I've found... It's usually revolved around our relationships with others...

Re: Reaching out... And giving support...
@Sophia1@Appleblossom@Bunniekins@Whiteknight there's some interesting points in amongst your replies.
Balance is indeed a very good factor when it comes to socialising. And yea, the fantasy zone can seem so real and be so controlling. Hopefully it sinks in and I can utilize these points.
Sometimes I feel like all hope is lost and there's no point even bothering anymore.

Re: Reaching out... And giving support...
@eudemonism Hi eudemonism you will find the right person/people. You are very likeable and intelligent just broaden your horizons and try different interests. Someting will come along. Have you thought about doing a course? either at tafe or uni (uni payment can be deferred). That would be a good way to meet other people with similar interests.

Re: Reaching out... And giving support...
@Bunniekins the right person or people has become others like me. Others on the injection. Every morning I'm waking up and wanting to connect with someone and get on with life. But all I've got is other patients on the depot injection. True.

@eudemonism Can you try out joining with clubs, like swimming clubs at your local pool even clubs like rotary can be very welcoming. I hear what you are saying though and appreciate that it can/is disheartening at times.

Re: Reaching out... And giving support...
@Bunniekins I think @Whiteknight was right. Just got to bounce back with a positive attitude. I'm surrounded bye negative factors when I think about it. And as much that a good counsellor can do. Other people can undo and have the reverse effect. If I pose a threat or make people insecure. I become the target for sabotage. That's my honest opinion. Sad right? All because I'm trying to 'help myself...'

Re: Reaching out... And giving support...
@Bunniekins I've been taking these oral tablets to help settle me down. But I'm thinking I stop now they've ran out. The first seven or eight really knocked me around. And after I adjusted it was like a mellow feeling that numbed everything. They helped with the chit chat of my mind. But also dulled everything else.
