Remember to breathe @utopia and take a minute or 2 away when you feel it getting too much. I dont like visitors at a messy house either but they are coming to see you not your house ❤

It's one o'clock. The front yard looks amazing. II'm exhausted. My uncles have worked their butts off.
We are going to lunch in half an hour. I really just want to curl up in bed and sleep.
My hands are still shakey.
I just find it hard when people are here for too long. One hour is fine. But more than that and my anxiety rises and I struggle.
Think I might take another calming med.
This is too much in one day.

Oh sweetheart, I'm so sorry you have had such a stressfu morning 😔
I can understand you just want to curl up and sleep. The anxiety would have also exhausted you.
Think of me being there with you, holding your hand. You got this! And when you go back home, it's rest time! 🤗
This morning hasn't been good for me either luv. Mum hasn't been taking her meds, agitated with nurses, and bp is high, wont let them take her bp. They have transferred her to ED at another hospital. I'm waiting to go in and see her. This is never ending for her 😕
Sending you big hugs sweetheart. Are you back home now? Xxxx
