Hello @outlander @Bella1978
Just been busy and didn't log on.
Great news about your friend getting the unit. She must be so happy. And how good that you could go around and distract yourself with her kids. I bet they had a great time seeing you.
Had my echocardiogram stress test today. All clear. No heart problems.
Saw a new gp at my clinic because I haven't been happy with the other doctor not changing my bp medicine.
Guess what. I do have that White Coat Syndrome after all. Am devastated! Who would have thought it. The new gp distracted me with other questions for about 10 minutes then slowly did my bp while still chatting and my bp was really really good. Then after talking about my bp for a little whiile she took my bp again and it had gone up. She took it a third time and it was even higher. Wow!!! And this is when I'm not even aware that i'm stressed or anxious. I'll have to write a new thread about it.
So all up, I'm relatively healthy. Just have anxiety. lol.
I hope your mum is starting to improve. Have the doctors said anything? Are they still slowly assessing her?
I hope you have had a nice day. Need to pamper yourself occassionally. So when are you going to have that massage?
