Fragile

Fragile

For a while I have tried to find a thread I had started when I joined the forum that could be a "home" thread for me.

Being busy about the forum has been a coping style, where I can acknowledge all my different life experiences that had been silenced. Possibly do some good and prevent things from getting worse. Like the little boy with the finger in the dyke.

Re: Fragile

Sorry to hear about your mum @Shaz51 . Hope you're over the kidney infection. Odd how some people think they have all the answers - glad you're following doctors' advice instead.

Hello @Shaz51 @Dimity

I loved your early salt and water thread ... dont know exact name. It does not matter, it was a person taking personal responsibility.

I am not having any more shots til I have gotten to the bottom of my physical issues, which I am doing thoroughly step by step. That is why they have the protocol of not giving 2 shots together to allow the bod to rest and recover I guess.

Learning new tricks as we age ... is not easy.

You do wots right for you both individually. Sometimes it is a toss up who to have on one's medical team. Glad you psychologist is helping you get things internally processed Dim.

I had last flu shot to do work in aged care just before Covid and started other vax etc ... never been anti vax, but scaling back on unecessary interventions these days, to get clear wot is working and wot is not. Not mad to inisist on going back to work doing concerts in aged care ... not saying never...

My osteo, physio, counsellor and psychiatrist seem decent atm. Need to look around for new gp, but not urgent. Managing with minimal dental and eye care.
