I always feel like im i a nut shell ... fighting daily battles. Non stop. It never ends. I wish i could run away from it but i cant. Im so tired and worn out from life it self.
When will it ever end. I just cant see past it.

It can be so overwhelming @Jojo2 - I know that feeling soooo well. Each little thing seems to be huge and the big things seem to be 'the end of the world' - it is a tough place to be 
I am trying to say to myself 'I can't do anything about this problem (whatever that problem is) today' but work out a plan to tackle it when I can. The 'when I can' may be tomorrow or the next day (or longer) - it is helping me to rest today and not worry too much.

I have to go to the chemist but other than that I have nothing planned @Jojo2 DBT and appointments are all on Wednesday and it is a very long day. I need to change my GP appointment from Wednesdays to another day as DBT, GP and pdoc appointments all in the same day are too much for me. It has been taking me a couple of days to sleep and 'calm down' from those sessions. That is also part of why I have been feeling so sick and needing a couple of days to rest. Today is the first day I haven't had a massive headache since Wednesday!
