I know that there are times where life in the real world comes first.

We must look after ourselves.

We must not lose touch with the real world..

You are looking after yourself and that is not always easy to do..it can all seem like too much.

I support you and send my best wishes for your health and big hugs as my friend even when you are not here.

Yes older son would love to ride bmx bike with you..

He would be trying to show you so much on the computer..

Also he would be trying to give you so many things as well as food .../everything..

he is a generous..loving soul..

I think that you are both very similar..

@Sophia1 Back issues again Hon I have pretty much been laying down since I got home yesterday and it is helping a little ...have had two hot water bottles around me - a fluffball and a squishy face both snuggling in lol

I accidentally dropped a very heavy antique brass clock on my foot yesterday afternoon whilst trying to close a curtain.

Clock on small table in corner next to curtain cord..

Spent evening with pack of frozen vegetables on foot..

unable to help son with gardening today...husband gone on own... bless him.

Brass is Heavy.

Hope you don't have too much swelling or a sprain.

Ice Pack or Frozen Vegies (same purpose) - Very Good idea/ Helpful.

I had to use Ice Pack years ago - For uncontrollable Nose Bleeds.

That was the only thing that slowed it down.

Was hospitalised twice in 24 hours for that
