I am struggling with life.

Situation with family member has become way beyond what I had ever thought.

Very unwell and strong evidence of permanent damage from long term of no treatment.

So I am learning to live differently again.

I am currently in a state of amygdala hijack I was advised by a specialist yesterday and am to relay this information to my own therapist. If I can remember. I had to look it up just then.

I have heard of fight or flight response but not amygdala.

You probably wish you had not asked now.

I am safe though Tab, so no need for concern in that area.

I am doing different things to normal to help myself until I can have my regular therapy sessions after holiday period.

I have also been writing quite a bit.

all varied stuff.

just flowing out of my mind.

my tumour around my spine was found by chance testing for my heart

meant to be that we are still needed here.

I am sure that you feel like me at the moment not wanting to be needed, just wanting to be free like a bird
