Yes I am struggling at the moment...

good pickup..

medication changes....lack of sleep and flu virus...all taking their toll..

house is moving along quite well...

it all feels surreal...I am in a bubble...depersonalised I think the term is..

My specialist is on top of everything ...

I am isolating myself again though which I know is not good...

Visiting house to observe progress gets me out...

thinking of you @outlander I briefly read of the mountain of issues that you are still trying to deal with...

let the mountain stay where it is and look after you first whilst you still can..

I say this from my heart even if it does come across sternly...

@Sophia1 yea i had a flu virus the other day . Took about 8 days to get over . Also had a stomach bug . Still clearing up from flu virus. But heck it knocked me around and got me down . + Have been noticing the full extent of side effects as well . Aching stiff muscles . Tired and weak feeling . I've taken off the brave face .

I haven't tagged anyone as I do not want to depress or exacerbate the feelings of anyone..

I am going through the motions of venting..

this is as far as I got yesterday in replying ...keeping your feelings in regard..

then it went drastically deep ..dark and gloomy describing how I am feeling.

It helped a little writing it down..

I will not put you all through the pain of having to read such a dreadful piece of something though..

I truly do appreciate hearing from you all knowing that I can help you at times..

I just cannot climb out of the deep chasm at the moment...

hoping that the increase and changes to medication help..

look after yourselves...
