From what I have seen over many months following you from the background (not in a stalkish way lol) you certainly need and deserve a holiday @Adge - where would you go if you could?

Well, I've always wanted to see the Pyramids in Egypt @Zoe7

I'm a big fan of ancient history, Egyptian, Greek, & Roman.

I'm not going to have the money for any trip like that in the forseeable future.

Plus apparently it's not safe over there, & it's very hot.

So I'll settle for any picturesque place with forest & nice views...

talking about plants and bird life would have been relaxing for you...

Great that you can do some gardening.,..

I have not been able to for months and will be some time yet..

I try not to look at what has died...overgrown...weeds ..

the garden beds are well spaced....back paddock is about 2 acres...the other 3 acres is where the house and gardens are....so having trees all around the borders and also separating the back paddock along with a gate...creates an illusion of large open garden when mowed...I don't feel so bad when I look at it that way...

We used to have a huge vegetable garden too...non existent now...still have some herbs around the place though...

Never mind...the day will come when I can get back into it again...

I got one load of washing done and then slow cooked morrocan lamb with vegetables and brown rice...

I hope that you are managing with having to shift your working times around...looking after family members too...

I do hope that you can plan a day in the near future where you tell your family that you have to have a day off....

get in your lovely automobile at dawn and drive where your heart takes you...

pack your camera....snap away at whatever you notice....

set up an album calling the day what you think best suits...
