@Former-Member It's pretty hard when I do eventually open up I remember what happened when I did prior then too a longgggg time ago. I was attacked!!! I am attacking everyone Hence my song the other day on a music thread.
I don't expect responses and I don't feel left left out I have made it this far on my own and hid what i have been through repetively at times. It does not matter what I do when I don't talk about it I am doing something wrong when I do talk about it I am doing something wrong again
That sucks @Former-Member Can you have an early night and start again tomorrow Hon - that is what I have been doing when the day hasn't gone too well - it doesn't solve the problems but it does end the day!

Re: My journey
The nights are the hardest for me @Former-Member but I get where you are at with each day being hard - some days are hard and some days seem unbearable - it would be nice to have a break from it all and have a day where everything seemed ok.

Re: My journey
Same here @Zoe7 I’ve listened to music all morning and cried. A couple of times I have felt the need to scream but haven’t.
I am not enjoying how I am currently feeling

Re: My journey
It is hard to sit with those feelings when you are crying and want to scream @Former-Member - not a nice place to be at all Hon. One thing we are supposed to do each day from my DBT group is to do something that we wouldn't usually do or something that we know brings a little bit of pleasure. Are there little things that you could do to break out of how you are feeling just for a little while - maybe make a list of things and check them off as you do them. It might be as simple as a walk in a park or a cuppa in the sunlight - whatever you would enjoy for a few minutes at least.
