@Former-Member It's pretty hard when I do eventually open up
I remember what happened when I did prior then too a longgggg time ago. I was attacked!!! I am attacking everyone
Hence my song the other day on a music thread.

I don't expect responses and I don't feel left left out I have made it this far on my own and hid what i have been through repetively at times. It does not matter what I do when I don't talk about it I am doing something wrong when I do talk about it I am doing something wrong again

Ok. I read some of it while waiting to pick my little girl up. It covers alot of what i don't understand about what is happening to me.

@Zoe7 Is it normal for me to be feeling para noid. I have seen a display name that i have seen elsewhere which is now making me feel unsafe.... It's the same name

It could be a coincidence @Former-Member but I understand how that would make you feel unsafe - there are a couple of names here that give me that kind of feeling but luckily I usually manage to avoid them - sometimes we need to protect ourselves by sticking to just a couple of threads for a while - I do that quite often when I am not feeling very safe. If you continue to feel unsafe discuss it with @NikNik or one of the mods by email or helpline on Monday - they will be able to help you out more than I can Hon.

In the meantime I am here sitting with you.

I do need to log off now though Hon - my headache has gotten worse again so I need to be away from the screen. I will check in with you tomorrow though and if you need some company tonight there are some wonderful members chatting on the Am Not Coping thread.

It's definitely the same name as the display has its profession as well without being too obvious about it, it was the same on a site i was on in the past. I will speak with the moderator regarding it.

It's probably good you are stepping away from the screen as the type of lights on phone and t.v are not so good of a night and can effect sleeping i have heard.
